You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price if you decide to change your mind and inform us within fourteen days of receipt of your purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after fourteen days or from the day on which the purchased product(s) come into your physical possession, or a third party other than the carrier that is indicated by you.
In order to make a cancellation you must inform us of your decision making a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order. Please include your name, geographical address, the details of the order you wish to cancel, and if available your telephone number and email address. Any money paid will be reimbursed to you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any purchased Products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. If there are any issues with your order, or we anticipate a delay in the delivery time, we endeavor to let you know as soon as possible.
We have made every effort to describe our products on our website as accurately as possible. Please be aware that all our products, are made individually, by hand and with care, but this may mean that products may appear slightly differently from those images used on our website.
